Saddlemen Gel-Channel Sportbike Seats

Sportbikes aren’t necessarily designed for comfort, but there are ways that this can be improved. One of the easiest is to replace the stock seat with a new one from Saddlemen. Their high-quality seats not only make your ride a lot more comfortable, but they also look great.

Riders Discount has a few different Saddlemen seat options available for most modern sportbikes, and while the styles may differ, all use Saddlemen’s Gel-Channel design. This means that the seats have a channel of proprietary SaddleGel running through each side of the foam base. This gel helps distribute rider weight more evenly in order to eliminate pressure points and increase bloodflow.

Details and photos of the available options are below, but these Saddlemen seats are not yet listed on the website. If you’re interested, be sure to contact Brad for more information. You can give him a call at 866.931.6644 ext. 810, or send him a message through the forum. You can also feel free to send us an email if that’s more convenient for you. Send those to FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM with “Saddlemen Seat” in the subject line and we’ll get back to you right away!

Track CF Seat
The “Track” style series has hard-line looks that can’t be matched by any seat on the market. These seats are covered in a high-tech, carbon fiber-look cover that provides superb grip. Each “Track” seat is slightly bucketed in the rear section to contour to the rider’s body for better control during aggressive riding.

Track Seat
The same as the Track CF seat, only it features a smooth cover and contrasting brushed aluminum strip in the center channel.

Sport Seat
The “Sport” style series uses black-on-black, easy-to-clean cover material for the entire top portion of the seat with a matching center strip. Each “Sport” seat is slightly bucketed in the rear section to contour to the rider’s body for better control during aggressive riding.

Tech Seat
The “Tech” style series incorporates high-quality, flexible fabric top covers that breathe well and are textured to allow the body to move on the seat for aggressive maneuvering. Just under the top cover is a layer of memory foam that contours to the shape of the rider’s body with additional memory foam in areas strategically positioned for maximum comfort.
