NPO Events were among the 2013 FIM Cross-Country Championship's rallies and bajas promoters gathered at FIM seminar in the Swiss city.This course was an opportunity for race organizers to be updated with the new FIM 2013 regulations. In a focused though friendly atmosphere, Emma Clair, the race directors and more heads of FIM events were keen on sharing experience and were granted the Superlicence required to hold FIM rallies and bajas in 2013.Communication NPO - www.npo.fr -
