Spies Still So One of the Fastest In MotoGP

Pack of Yamaha's Ben Spies was okay after playing last season. But according to Jorge Lorenzo, former teammate was still one of the fastest riders today.

After appearing promising for Tech 3 Yamaha in the 2010 season, with six positions final standings, Spies Yamaha factory team recruited to wade through the 2011 season. At the end of that season he managed to finish fifth in the standings.

However, Spies just undergone its second season, the 2012 season ago, with disappointing. At the moment his partner Lorenzo won six victories and 16 podiums to be world champion, Spies constrained incidents, technical issues, and injuries, not even reaching the podium and finishing in the top 10 standings.

This season Spies will race for Pramac Ducati, while Lorenzo gain new teammate "but old", that is Valentino Rossi who before this had become his partner in the Yamaha.

After Repsol Honda rider Dani Pedrosa, Marc Marquez commented that coming to a team that's not a big change because he always had the right teammate, Lorenzo was like to respond with praise Spies.

"In theory, the same for me as well because I know that Ben Spies is a great rider. He's just not good last season, but I believe that he is still one of the fastest rider in MotoGP," Lorenzo value in Crash.
